In this documentation, we will examine the Completion Page and Voucher Sales templates in detail. The Completion Page appears after every booking, either directly after the Summary or, depending on the settings, following the Payment Page. It provides participants with an overview of their completed bookings. The Voucher Sales page, on the other hand, is accessed when the Voucher Sales Button is clicked. This button can be added as a widget to pages such as the Offer Overview to enable access to voucher sales.
Available Widgets in the Completion Page Template
The Completion Page is displayed as soon as a person completes a booking, registers on the waitlist for an offer, or registers on an inquiry list for an offer. The Completion Page also serves as a participant account. When participants log in and click on the account overview, the Completion Page is displayed. This page provides an overview of all bookings made to date, allowing participants to view their booking history and access invoices, tickets, booking PDFs, and appointment ICS files at any time.
Please note: Display of the final page
The layout of the final page isalwaysbased on thedefault design. Therefore, there is no need to create the final page in every design.
To customize it, edit the design you have set as the default and adjust the settings there.

Express your gratitude for the booking with some friendly words, which you can edit in the Thank You widget. You have the option to define the text individually for a regular booking, a waitlist booking, and for an entry on an inquiry list. The respective text will then be displayed according to the type of booking to ensure personalized communication.
Pay-Success Notification B
The Payment Success Message is displayed when a booking has been successfully processed directly through a payment system. If the booking is not paid directly, this widget will not appear on the completion page. The text of the Payment Success Message cannot be edited within the widget.
All bookings C
In the "All Bookings" section, participants can view an overview of their previously booked offers. This widget allows you to specify which information is presented to participants on the booking confirmation page.
You can define whether the following content, among others, should be displayed:

External Files
For external course materials, it can also be configured in the global email settings that they are protected with a PDF signature.
Furthermore, you can control whether the "Assign Spot" option is displayed for group registrations and if participants should be listed individually.
If "Inquiry Lists" are used, the widget also allows you to define the text displayed when an entry is made in an inquiry list. This notification is intended to specifically inform participants about an acceptance or rejection, for example, "Accept or Decline Offer".
Note: Participant Account Table
The Participant Account Table is the older view of already booked offers, in which the transactions are still visible. Usethe Participant Account Table instead theAll Bookings widget.
Participant Information d
The Participant Details section displays the data of the person who has just booked an offer. You can define which specific participant data fields should be visible here. Furthermore, you can enable existing participants to have the option to set a new password.

Use the Text Block to insert text and images at any desired location in all active system languages. Select whether the Text Block should always be displayed, or only when the offer overview is opened within the iFrame itself.
Available Widgets in the Voucher Sales Template
The voucher sales page is accessed when the Voucher Sales Button is clicked. This button can be added as a widget to pages like the Offer Overview to provide access to voucher sales.

In the Voucher Sales section, the booking individual can purchase the desired voucher and, if payment systems are activated, pay for it immediately. The voucher will be delivered via email after successful payment. The values presented to the booking individual at this stage can be defined within the Voucher Sales Button Widget.

Here, you define which contact details voucher purchasers must provide. To integrate a form field into your template, simply use the drag-and-drop function. For each data field you wish to query during the booking process, drag the corresponding form field into the template. Terms and Conditions – Provider H
If the General Terms and Conditions – Provider widget is added to the template, booking individuals must accept the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) before completing their booking. You can store or modify the GTC in the edoobox settings under the Legal Texts section. No further adjustments are possible within this widget's section.
Cancellation Policy i
If the Right of Withdrawal Information widget is added to the template, booking individuals must accept the Right of Withdrawal Information before completing their booking. You can store or modify the Right of Withdrawal Information in the edoobox settings under the Legal Texts section. No further adjustments are possible within this widget's section.
Privacy Policy j
If the Privacy Policy widget is added to the template, booking individuals must accept the Privacy Policy before completing their booking. You can store or modify the Privacy Policy in the edoobox settings under the Legal Texts section. No further adjustments are possible within this widget's section.
