Discover the versatile possibilities of voucher sales in the edoobox Design Manager! Simply place the widget in the offers overview page or in the offer details. Define whether the promo code should reduce the total amount or only the offer price. Once created, you can edit vouchers in the same way as promotional campaigns. In the widget, you can even specify whether the price of an offer should be issued as a voucher when participants click on the voucher button. The entire gift voucher management is handled by edoobox - for simple, flexible and efficient offer campaigns!

Add vouchers

Easily integrate the voucher sale button widget A into the Design Manager and place it either in the Offers overview B or Offer details B template. Simply double-click to open the corresponding settings. Here you can precisely define whether the promo code should reduce the total amount of the booking or only the offer price (without additional services).

For even more customization options: If you insert the widget in the Offer Details template, you have the additional option of offering the price of an offer as a voucher - an option that is not available when embedding it in the Offers overview template. Immerse yourself in the intricacies of voucher management and design your offers exactly how you want them.

Vouchers sold

A purchased voucher code is only created and delivered after successful payment. At least one payment system should be active so that vouchers can be paid for immediately. If the function Allow manual invoice creation function is active in the payment system settings, the person making the booking can also have an invoice created. No automatic invoice is sent; the generated invoice only appears on the finalization page and can be downloaded by the person making the booking. If a payment is made on this invoice in your account, you must enter this manually in your edoobox account so that the code is created and sent.

Open the menu item "Vouchers" in the main navigation. All voucher codes sold are visible in the table contained therein. Here you can see whether a voucher has already been redeemed or you can deactivate codes if necessary (e.g. because they have been refunded).

Taxation of vouchers

If a voucher is sold using the "Voucher sale button" a voucher is sold, it is taxed at the stored VAT rate at the time of purchase. rate upon purchase. If stored, the VAT is used by the offer in which the voucher sale button is located (Template: Offer details). If the voucher is purchased at category level (Template: Offers overview), the standard VAT is taken from the account.
