Create Zap for new invoice

What should happen to the invoice as soon as a new participant registers? You can specify that the invoice PDF is to be sent to your Google Drive account, for example, or by email to a specific email address each time you log in.

The first step is to select the app and event A for the trigger. The account is then queried; if an edoobox account is already linked, this can be selected or a new account can be linked and tested again.

The action for the invoice is now defined. In our example, we want the invoice PDF to be uploaded to Google Drive every time you log in. However, the Google Drive account must first be linked in the next step. You can then make individual specifications, such as selecting the destination folder and the PDF URL B should also be stored.

Finally, "Turn on Zap" and off you go!
