Not all participants register through the online booking form, such as those registering by phone, email, or fax. In these instances, participants can be manually entered into edoobox and, if necessary, directly assigned to an offering. This guide outlines the different methods for manual entry: using the Quick Menu, the customer table, or directly within the offering.
In the Main Navigation
The Quick Menu (accessible via the plus icon in the top right) provides direct access – from anywhere within the system – to two key functions:
Create Customer

Open the Quick Menu and click on "Customer".

Enter at least the mandatory fields: First Name, Last Name, and Email Address.

Additional information can be added immediately or at a later time.

Save the new record by clicking "Add".
The new participant is saved globally within the system, but without being assigned to an offering.
Create Booking

Open the Quick Menu and click on "Booking".

Search for an existing participant in the input field, or click "Create New Customer" to add a new record.

Select the desired offering.

Add the person to either the participant list or the waitlist.
Within the Offering
Participants can also be added directly within a specific offering:

Open the desired offering.

In the overview, click "Add Booking" or navigate via the "Participants" tab within the participant list or booking list.

Search for an existing participant or create a new one.

Add the person to either the participant list or the waitlist.
In the Customer Table
Participants can also be entered directly via the customer table.

Click on the App Menu.

Select «Customers»

Click on «Add Booking»

Search for an existing participant or create a new one.

Email Dispatch for Manual Bookings (Admin Bookings)
In the Settings, you can define how automatic emails should be handled for manually entered bookings:
