offer settings
The offer settings determine how an offer appears on the website, which booking functions are available, and which rules apply to bookability, number of participants, or billing. Each offer can be configured individually.

Name
The title of the offer. It will be displayed in all central locations: in the booking process, on confirmations, invoices, and other email templates (if the corresponding placeholder is used). Choose a clear and understandable name that is self-explanatory for customers. You can translate this name into all active languages.

number
Optional field for uniquely identifying an offer. The offer number can be integrated into the booking process and email templates, provided that the appropriate placeholder is included. It is suitable for internal organization, for comparisons with external systems, or for identification in customer inquiries.
Offer type
Categorization of the offer (e.g., course, event, workshop). This type has no direct technical effect, but it is displayed in some key places: on confirmations, invoices, and other email templates (if the corresponding placeholder is used).
mode
Determines whether the offer will be conducted on-site, online, or in a hybrid format. This selection influences search engine indexing.
Application deadline
Specifies the date by which participants can register for this offer. After this date, the offer can no longer be booked for a definite place. The booking button is automatically deactivated in the front end. If the waiting list is active, the waiting list button becomes active.
👉 Offer status
Visible from
This setting is disabled by default. When disabled, an offer whose status is set to "Published" becomes immediately available for public booking.
If a date is set here, it determines when the offer will be displayed on the website and become bookable.
Prerequisite:
Offer status must be set to "Published"
The date must be at least 24 hours before the registration deadline.
Visible until
Defines the date until which the offer remains visible on the website. This setting allows offers to continue to be displayed on the website after they have been changed to "Closed" status.
Minimum number of participants
Defines the minimum number of bookings that must be reached for the offer to take place. This number can influence the offer status, changing it to "Guaranteed" once the minimum number of participants has been reached.
Maximum number of participants
Sets the maximum number of places available. Once this number is reached, no further bookings are possible unless a waiting list is activated.
currency
Defines the currency in which this offer will be billed. This setting affects all price quotations, invoices, and payment processes.
value added tax
Here you select the applicable tax rate. This is based on the global VAT settings in the system. Depending on the business case, the GeoDynamic module can also be used.

Countdown
When activated, a countdown (e.g., 20 minutes) starts when the booking form is opened. The spot is reserved for the person making the booking within this time frame. If the booking is not completed before the countdown expires, the spot is released and the booking process is canceled.
👉 Countdown
Free choice of dates
Allows participants to choose individual dates for an offer themselves, instead of booking all of them automatically.
👉 Registration types
Waiting list
Once the maximum number of participants has been reached, interested parties can be placed on a waiting list. Any places that become available can be allocated manually or automatically.
👉 Waiting list
MustPay
Requires participants to pay for their booking immediately before a place is definitively allocated. Without successful payment, only a place on the waiting list will be booked.
👉 MustPay & Countdown
Collective registration
Allows multiple participants to be entered in a single booking process. The group registration mode controls whether group participants must already be booked in with complete data or whether the person making the booking may book multiple places without information about the individual group participants.
👉 Group registration
With Ticket PDF
If this option is enabled, a ticket in PDF format will be generated and sent after successful booking. This contains a barcode that can be scanned at the entrance.
