Collective registration

With active collective registration, you allow your customers to book up to 150 people in one booking. This allows a contact or reference person to quickly and effectively fill in several participants in one booking process. The person making the booking can specify in the booking process whether they themselves will be taking part in the offer or whether they only want to be entered as a contact person.

Correspondence for a collective application

In the case of collective registrations, the registered contact person receives all e-mails, such as the booking confirmation with the invoice.

The reminder email and confirmation of visit with the certificate, if sent, will be sent directly to the individual participants.

Setting options

In the main navigation under the menu item "Settings" in the "Collective registration" area, all basic settings for collective registration can be defined or changed. Here you can specify how many participants can be registered per booking.

You then have the option of deciding individually in the individual offer whether or not collective registrations are permitted in this offer.

Collective registrations by master participants

For recurring collective registrations by a contact person, edoobox provides you with a simplified method. The contact person can simply select and add participants from a list using an identification field that you define.

To make it easier for master participants to add participants to the offer, activate this in the offer and add the "Login - Register" widget to the "Participant form" template in the "Design manager" and make sure that the "Form field" required for identification (selected by you, see Collective registrations image) is also available.

Collective applications with identification

With the participant identification, "Master participants" can search for existing participants based on a data field, e.g. the e-mail address.
The possible participants are listed to be selected so that they can be added to the booking.

Please note: Master participants

The master participant function is recommended for internal use. An ideal example is that a supervisor can add various employees by e-mail or personnel number, for example.
