Global settings in edoobox

Store all global settings for your account in the main navigation menu item "Settings".

You can find out more about the individual settings under:

Offers: General settings - The general settings can be used to change and define the automatic processes for the entire edoobox account.

Login settings, booking cancellation - Various settings in edoobox allow you to influence the behavior of the registration.

Barcode: Ticket and barcode settings - The ticket is designed for admission and exit control. It can also be used as an attendance check in the case of continued offers.

Formats: Date, time and number format settings - Define the date, time and number format for the entire account in one place. The calendar time grid is adopted in all calendars.

Legal texts - Store your own general terms and conditions, cancellation policy and privacy policy, which every booking participant must accept at the end of the registration process in order to complete the booking.

Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics - The Google Tag Manager facilitates the integration of Google Analytics. This not only allows you to measure sales and conversions, but also gives you insights into the use of your website.

Global VAT settings - To assign different VAT rates to your offers, you can enter these tax rates globally in advance.

Organization: Company and account information - You can specify your company address here. Always keep the account details up to date.

Record attendance, send attendance confirmation e-mail and certificate - If you want to send your participants a confirmation of attendance with or without a certificate at the end of your offer, this can be done in edoobox.

Presence list settings - In the presence list settings, all statuses for the presence list management in the offer can be customized.

Individual attendance lists - Individual attendance lists can be created in the attendance list settings.

Collective registration - Collective registrations are used to simplify bookings with several people. Various settings are available here.

Language settings: Offer the booking process in multiple languages - With edoobox, you can make your booking process available in several languages. This allows your participants to switch independently between the activated languages in the booking process. Ideal for international target groups.

Participant data fields - Participant data fields enable optimal administration in the backend and the recording of relevant information in the registration forms of the booking process.

The edoobox account: Subscription, billing and GDPR - Here you will find details on billing between you and edoobox. You will also find an overview of your current subscription under Subscription and can change it here at any time. Under Privacy Policy (GDPR) you will find the option to sign it online.

edoobox subscriptions - Change your subscription, generate your invoices and enter or edit the GDPR contract in the subscription management.

edoobox is DSG and DSGVO compliant - If your company is located in an EU member state or you offer services to people in the EU, the GDPR applies. For companies in Switzerland or offering services to people in Switzerland, the FADP applies. The corresponding contracts are available in edoobox.

Automated deletion of offers and participants - Request the automated deletion of offers and participants. You can define the retention period until deletion.

GeoDynamic VAT - edoobox uses the IP address to determine the country in which the person making the booking is located and automatically selects the appropriate VAT rate.

Reverse charge (B2B) - The reverse charge procedure is known as the reversal of the tax liability. This is a special regulation in VAT law. It is not the entrepreneur who provides the service who pays the VAT, but the recipient of the service who must pay the VAT.

Secure File Manager - The Secure File Manager is used to securely exchange files of any type and size between edoobox support and your administration - e.g. recorded training courses, exports or other confidential content.
