Overview of Existing Promotional Campaigns

Existing promotion campaigns can be easily supplemented or modified and also added to a booking in the backend.

Disable campaign A

An entire campaign can be deactivated by setting its end date to a date prior to the current date. Individual codes can be selected from the list and deactivated. Promotion campaigns cannot be deleted.

Edit campaign B

When the desired campaign is selected, all details, including all created codes, are displayed. Select "Edit Campaign" to generate additional codes or implement other modifications.

Tip: Number of Codes

If you only want to modify the existing campaign, set the "Number of codes to generate" to 0; otherwise, additional codes will be generated.

Redeem Voucher

The voucher/promotion code field can be integrated into the booking process via the Design Manager.

Redeem Voucher Post-Booking

If the person making the booking forgot to redeem the voucher at the time of booking, the admin can still apply the voucher to the booking retroactively. To do this, first open the booking and add the promotion to the booking from the list. C

Copy Offer with Active Promotion Campaign

When an offer is duplicated, existing promotion campaigns may also apply to the new offer (refer to the duration and validity scope). This occurs if the promotion campaign is valid for an entire category or all offers.

If a promotion campaign is valid for only a single offer, it will not automatically apply to a duplicated offer. The validity scope for such a promotion campaign can be manually configured for the new offer.
