Multi-offer / congress module

With edoobox's multi-offer feature, several sub-offers can be entered within one offer. This is particularly suitable for seminars, congresses, conferences or trips lasting several days, where participants can put together and book individual program items.

Typical application examples

  • Congresses and symposia: Participants can choose from various lectures, panels or workshops.

  • Trips and events: Participants put together their own program from several activities or options (e.g. excursions or additional packages).

Info: Activation of the multi-offer

The multi-offer must be activated once by edoobox. To do this, please contact our support team by phone or email at support@edoobox.com.

Create a multi-offer

To create a multi-offer, please follow the step-by-step instructions below after activating the function:

  1. Create a new category or select an existing category in the offer tree.

  2. Right-click to open the context menu of the category and add a new multi-offer.

  3. In the main offer, for example, you enter the general description and, if applicable, a participation fee.

  4. Right-click again, this time on the multi-offer, to open the context menu and add the desired sub-offers.

  5. The sub-offer is structured like a classic offer. You can define your own descriptions, different price categories, location/guide and number of places individually for each sub-offer.

Example: A trip lasting several days

Here in the example a multi-day trip to Sharm El Sheikh with various sub-offers. On day 2 a quad tour for max. 5 people at a certain price etc.

The person making the booking can now select and book the main offer and individual sub-offers of the overall offer. The maximum number of participants and the price can be specified both in the main offer and in each sub-offer.
