Legal texts
In edoobox, legally relevant texts such as general terms and conditions, cancellation policy and privacy policy can be stored and integrated into the booking process if required. Which texts are displayed can be defined individually. Only the texts that are actively stored and used in the design are displayed to bookers for confirmation.
Capture legal texts
Open the app menu and click on "Settings".
Then select the "Legal texts" settings area.
Activate the desired texts that you would like to use in your booking processes via the checkbox.
Click on "Edit text" to customize the respective content.

Presentation in the booking process
In order for the stored texts to be displayed and confirmed when the booking is completed, the corresponding widgets must be integrated in the Design Manager. All three texts are stored in the designs by default. However, you can decide for each design whether a text actually needs to be requested.
Open the Design Manager
Edit the "Finalize summary" template
Customize the GTC, Cancellation policy and Privacy policy widgets
