To ensure an optimal overview of datasets in edoobox, as well as for exports in workflows and third-party tools, the system offers various table views. These can be individually customized and exported in various formats. This documentation provides a comprehensive overview of existing exports, their intended uses, and customization options.
Overview of all Tables and Exports
Numerous export options are available in various areas within edoobox. Furthermore, you can create your own custom exports tailored to your requirements using the edoobox API.
All Areas with Tables and Exports in edoobox:
General Information on Tables
The list above details all available table views and their corresponding exports. Depending on the table, various filtering and sorting options are available.
Defining Displayed Data
To show or hide the desired information in a table, click on “Columns” A. Here you can select the various data fields you want to see in the table. Data fields that are already selected are marked with a checkmark. Customize the selection to suit your needs to design the table according to your requirements. The table can then be exported with the selected columns.
Column Arrangement and Width
In various tables, you can adjust the order of columns by clicking and dragging the desired column header B to the preferred position. This allows you to customize the column arrangement to your specifications. In these tables, the column widths can also be adjusted.
Search and Sorting
To specifically search for a particular dataset (e.g., names), you can use the search function within the table C. Enter the name or term you wish to find, and the table will be filtered accordingly.
To sort a column in ascending or descending order, click on the desired column header, such as “Last Name,” and the entries will be displayed in ascending or descending order. If you use your own data fields, you’ll find a filter icon d in their column headers, which allows you to filter the column based on specific criteria.
Filtering
The tables can be filtered based on specific criteria. The available filter options vary depending on the table. For example, in the table showing all bookings, you can filter by offer, customer, or booking status. In the table showing all invoices, you can filter by a specific invoice amount.
Create Export
Once you have added and arranged the desired data in the table, you can export it in three different formats: CSV, Excel, and PDF. To do this, click the " Export" button and select the desired format.
Tip: Opening a CSV file in Excel
In Excel, navigate to the «Data» tab, go to the «Get & Transform Data» group, and click «From Text/CSV». In the input field, select the desired CSV file you wish to open.
Accounting Exports
To provide quick access to relevant datasets from edoobox for your accounting, the system offers three table views and export options in the «Accounting» section: Invoices, Bookings, and Transactions. You can view and export these tables globally or at the level of an individual participant. You can find the global tables via the app menu under «Accounting».
Bookings
The booking table lists all bookings in your edoobox account. In this table, you can filter bookings by offer, customer, MustPay, canceled and active bookings, as well as waitlist bookings. You can also narrow down the time period to be displayed.
Tip: Waitlist Export
Do you want to export all waitlist bookings for an offer? In the booking table, you can filter by a specific offer and additionally select the «With Waitlist» option. If you use the «With Waitlist» filter, only waitlist bookings will be displayed.
Invoices
The invoice table displays all invoices created in edoobox. Here, you can filter by customer, payment status (open, paid, canceled), invoice number, description, or amount. In addition to the date range, which can also be narrowed down here, you have the option to choose between four different date fields (canceled on, created on, paid on, due by).
Transactions
The Transactions table displays all transactions created in edoobox. This table does not offer any special filtering options. However, you can use the usual options for sorting, column selection, and display. For example, you can view transactions in ascending or descending order by date or amount.
Global Exports
The tables for all offers and all participant data are located in the «Core» section via the app menu.
Offerings
Would you like the quote table to also display quotes that are already in the archive or the trash? Add the "Storage" column, click the filter icon in the column header, and check the boxes next to the desired storage locations.
The offer table provides a comprehensive overview of all important information regarding your offers. Here, you can show or hide columns according to your preferences and sort columns (e.g., start and end dates) as needed. The table's search field allows you to specifically search for certain offers. For advanced filter options, the «Filter» dropdown allows you to filter the table by categories, location, or offer status, or to display only offers where a waitlist is permitted. You also have the option to restrict the time period.
If you wish to display offers that are already in the archive or trash, you can add the «Storage» column, click the filter icon D in the column header, and select the desired storage locations.
Customers
The customer table provides a comprehensive and cross-offer overview of all participants in your edoobox account. Here, you can display all active participant data fields as columns.
Exports within a Quote
Offer Dashboard
The two static exports for participants and bookings of an offer can be found on the offer dashboard under the «Overview» tab.
Export 1: All Participants
This export includes all participants of an offer, including group participants. The existing price categories are listed as separate columns. If flexible date selection is activated for the offer, dates are displayed with a 1 (= booked) or empty (= not booked). If the offer is a multi-offer, both the main offer and all sub-offers are listed with the name of the booked price category (= booked) or a 0 (= not booked). This export can be used if you require all participant details for an offer for further work processes.
The file structure of the export is as follows:
Export 2: All Bookings
This export lists all bookings along with their associated data. For group bookings, the contact person (the first person listed in the group booking) is shown, without the other group members. It also lists the answered additional questions and the booked additional services. The “Label” column indicates the source of the booking (each embedded iFrame can be assigned a label ). This export also includes the alternate billing address, if provided by the person making the booking.
The file structure of the export is as follows:

Invoices
