Template 6 - Registration: Summary Complete is utilized in every booking workflow as the final page prior to the definitive registration for a course. This page is designed to present participants with a comprehensive summary of their booking details before they confirm their registration. The subsequent Payment page (Template 7) is displayed based on the specific requirements of the offer. If the MustPay function is enabled, which mandates payment before booking completion, or depending on your global registration process settings, the Payment page will either appear immediately after the summary page or be bypassed.
Available Widgets in the Registration: Summary Complete Template
This template functions as the final page in the booking process, appearing just before the user clicks the "Complete" button to definitively confirm their registration for one of your offers. On this page, the key data of the specific booking are clearly summarized and presented. This enables participants to review all relevant information before finalizing their registration.
Close button A
The Complete Booking Button allows participants to finalize their booking. As an administrator, you can specify whether this button should be positioned on the left or right side of the page. If incomplete or erroneous participant data fields are detected, the booking process is automatically redirected to the relevant booking step for necessary corrections.
Participant List b
The Participant Table provides an overview of all individuals registered in this booking. For standard bookings, this typically includes one person, whereas group bookings may involve multiple individuals. The specific data displayed, such as first name or last name, is predefined and cannot be individually customized.
Promotion Codes c
In the Promotion Codes field, participants can redeem a voucher, if available. No further settings are available in this section.
Terms and Conditions – Provider d
If the General Terms and Conditions – Provider widget is added to the template, booking individuals must accept the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) before completing their booking. You can store or modify the GTC in the edoobox settings under the Legal Texts section. No further adjustments are possible within this widget's section.
Cancellation Policy e
If the Right of Withdrawal Information widget is added to the template, booking individuals must accept the Right of Withdrawal Information before completing their booking. You can store or modify the Right of Withdrawal Information in the edoobox settings under the Legal Texts section. No further adjustments are possible within this widget's section.
Privacy Policy F
If the Privacy Policy widget is added to the template, booking individuals must accept the Privacy Policy before completing their booking. You can store or modify the Privacy Policy in the edoobox settings under the Legal Texts section. No further adjustments are possible within this widget's section.
Summary G
The Summary lists all relevant details of the booked offer. Within the widget settings, you have the option to hide the offer's price, if desired. Furthermore, you can select whether the chosen dates for the Flexible Date Selection offer type should be listed again.
Protection against bots H
Add the Bot Protection widget to the template to safeguard your booking page from automated access. Cloudflare Turnstile verifies whether visitors are genuine individuals, without impacting the user experience.
Text Block I
Use the Text Block to insert text and images at any desired location in all active system languages. Select whether the Text Block should always be displayed, or only when the offer overview is opened within the iFrame itself.
Available Widgets in the Payment Page Template
The Payment Page serves as the interface where your connected payment options, such as PayPal, Stripe, and others, are made available to booking individuals. This page automatically appears after the Summary & Completion page (Template 6), provided the MustPay function is enabled in the offer. Furthermore, in the global edoobox settings under Registration Settings, you can define that the Payment Page is displayed after every booking completion, regardless of whether MustPay is activated in an offer.
Table Transaction Content i
The Transaction Content Table widget displays the booking details along with the respective prices and the total amount due. No further settings are available within this widget.
Payment Systems J
Within the Payment Systems widget, the integration of Bootstrap 5.3 enables users to independently select which payment systems are displayed in the respective design. Additionally, you can individually define the order of payment options. When using the older Bootstrap version 3.0, all payment systems activated in your edoobox account are automatically displayed, without the possibility of individual customization.
If you use the new PayPal Checkout integration, you have the option to choose whether PayPal automatically displays all available payment methods. Alternatively, you can decide for yourself which payment methods to display and which to hide.
Text Block K
Use the Text Block to insert text and images at any desired location in all active system languages. Select whether the Text Block should always be displayed, or only when the offer overview is opened within the iFrame itself.
