Viral marketing: Your participants advertise for you!
edoobox sends your participants multiple redeemable vouchers for your offers with the booking confirmation once the booking has been successfully completed.
This means that registered participants receive discount vouchers which they can pass on to friends and acquaintances or redeem themselves.
Example: Acquiring new customers
A participant books an offer with you. With the confirmation email, this person receives a voucher thanks to the voucher placeholder in the additional details, which he/she can pass on to friends and acquaintances or even share on social media. They can also register for an offer and receive a discount in terms of amount or percentage (depending on the voucher settings).
Example: Promote follow-up offers to existing customers
After completing the course or immediately after booking, offer a voucher code for a second booking, e.g. a discount on the advanced course after completing the basic course.
Create a viral marketing offer
Create a new "promotional campaign" with multiple redeemable codes/vouchers A (with zero codes/vouchers to be created) and insert the "voucher placeholder" into the "additional information" B of an offer and decorate this with a suitable text.
Insert placeholder in the confirmation e-mail template
In order for the additional information to be inserted in the confirmation mail, you must insert the placeholder "##OfferConfirmationText1##" C in the "Confirmation mail" template.
With this procedure, you will receive individual confirmation emails tailored to your offers. The additional information can contain texts, images, links and placeholders for promotional codes.
For each booking, a code/voucher that can be redeemed multiple times is sent to the booking participant with the booking confirmation, for example. This code/voucher can be passed on and redeemed several times.
