Venues
If you would like to inform your customers about the locations where your offers take place, you can enter the relevant locations and rooms in edoobox and add them to your offer dates. You can find the management of the venues and information on the utilization of the individual venues via the app menu in the "Venues" section.
Management of the locations
Any number of locations and rooms can be entered in the table of venues, which can later be selected as venues for the offer dates. The "New location" button opens a form in which the relevant information for a location can be entered. If you enter the exact address, a Google map is automatically created which can be displayed on your website during the booking process. Any number of rooms can be created per location to inform participants of the exact location of an event.

Utilization of individual locations and rooms
The utilization of individual locations and rooms can be viewed by clicking on the desired location or room. After opening the desired location, you can click on "Utilization". Various calendar views are then available in which the occupancy rate can be viewed and exported.
