Mailjet is a real-time cloud mailing platform – scalable, agile, and flexible.
Sending emails via Mailjet is a good alternative to using your own SMTP. Mailjet sends high-quality, signed emails. The status of each sent email is visible, i.e., whether it reached the recipient, whether it was opened, or whether it was rejected by the receiving server as a bounce (spam).
Create and Connect Mailjet Account
Don't have a Mailjet account yet? You can create one here and send 200 emails/day for free: https://app.mailjet.com/signup
In edoobox, you can link Mailjet under «Settings» - «Email» in the «Server» tab, within the MailJet (recommended) section.
To do this, enter your email address, the Public Key, and the Secret Key, then click «Connect». You can find these two keys in Mailjet under My Account → REST API → API Key Management (Primary and Sub-account).
Info: Allowed Domains in Mailjet
Mailjet is suitable for custom domains. Larger providers such as Hotmail, GMX, Outlook, etc., cannot be configured because you do not have access to their DNS records.
Reputation & Deliverability
Mailjet not only offers the advantage of sending an unlimited number of emails, but also ensures that your sender reputation originates directly from you. Using the noreply@edoobox.email address means sharing your reputation with many other companies utilizing edoobox. While we strive to maintain a positive reputation for noreply@edoobox.email, we recommend linking your own SMTP or Mailjet account.
To enhance your email deliverability and sender reputation, we advise configuring several DNS records. This enables Mailjet to sign outgoing emails with DKIM and DomainKeys, informing your contacts' email providers that Mailjet is authorized to send your emails.

Info: Merger of Mailjet and Mailgun
The combination of both platforms enables Mailgun and Mailjet to offer their clientele a comprehensive technical solution that is unparalleled in the market. Within Mailgun, Mailjet will continue to cultivate its own brand, develop new features, and enhance and expand its existing offerings. The security and confidentiality of customer data remain central to the values and concerns of the new company.
