Cancel/rebook collective booking

You don't want to cancel or rebook all participants in a collective participant booking? Follow these step-by-step instructions.

If you would like to cancel or rebook all participants in a booking, you can do this as described in the instructions Cancelling/rebooking a participant booking.

Cancel collective participants 

To remove a group participant from a booking, first go to the relevant offer. Open the participant table and select the booking for the participant you wish to cancel or rebook. In the booking, click on "Remove" A for the participant you wish to cancel.

Rebooking collective participants 

The canceled participant is marked as "Removed" in the booking. Open the participant account of the participant who has just been removed via "Open participant" in the box on the right. The participant account will now appear. Create a new booking using the "New booking" button B and then select the offer in which you would like to book the participant.

You may also want to send a "Create invoice" C or the "Confirmation email" D of the new booking to the participant. Make sure that an e-mail has been stored for the customer.
