Send booking confirmation manually

You would like to manually send the booking confirmation to a participant after you have made a change to a booking or after you have created a new booking as an administrator.

Open the desired participant, then the "Booking" A and click on the "Send booking confirmation" button B.

The participant will now receive the booking confirmation email. Depending on the settings, this will include:Booking PDF, Invoice PDF, Ticket PDF. You can specify whether you would like to send the invoice as well. In the case of a group booking, the master receives all booking confirmations in one email. If you would like to send the booking confirmation to another person, you can do so by selecting "Send booking confirmation to separate email."

Bookings by the administrator

If the booking is made directly by the administrator in the backend (e.g., for telephone registrations), it can be set up so that a booking confirmation (plus booking PDF, invoice PDF, and ticket PDF) is sent, just as if the booking had been made directly by the participant. To send the invoice when adding participants manually, it must first be created manually and then the booking confirmation must be sent.
