The Booking Process for Participants

Booking participants for your offers via edoobox involves several steps, which are influenced by your offer details, edoobox settings, and the chosen design. The booking or registration steps may vary by category if you create different designs for your edoobox account.

Step 1: Overview of All Categories and Offers

Step 2: Offer Detail View

Step 3: Registration from the Booker's Perspective 

Depending on the configuration, a booker will navigate through two to six booking steps.

  1. Selection of the appropriate price category (if two or more price categories are active)

  2. Selection of additional services (if active and appended to the offer)

  3. Selection of desired dates (provided Flexible Date Selection is enabled)

  4. Registration Form (pre-configured participant data fields and potentially added questions)

  5. The Summary with the finalization button for booking

  6. Payment for the offer (Contingent on active payment options and system configurations)

Step 4: Receiving the booking confirmation email 

After a successful booking, the participant receives a booking confirmation email. The attachments to the booking confirmation may vary depending on the settings; it can be sent with: 

  • a booking summary (Booking.pdf) – Option Yes/No 

  • an invoice (Invoice.pdf) – Option Yes/No 

  • a ticket (Ticket.pdf) – Option Yes/No 

  • Appointment(s) download for the calendar (Appointments.ics) – Option Yes/No 

Upon completion of the booking, a user account was created for the registered individual within your edoobox account, and a dedicated data record containing all their information was established.
