In edoobox you can design your offer completely online in simple steps and integrate it into your website without any complications.

A new offer in 7 steps - Enter your courses, seminars and events in edoobox in just a few steps and release them for booking.

Create new categories and offers - In edoobox you have the option of sorting your offers by category to give you and your customers a better overview of your offers.

Login types - There are two different registration types in edoobox. The registration type can be defined individually for each offer. You can choose between normal registration and free choice of dates.

Offer status - Each offer has a specific status. Each status has its own function that is relevant for managing your offers and participant bookings.

Description texts in offers and categories - The description texts for offers and categories can be freely designed and images, videos, PDFs and links can be inserted in addition to text. This allows you to design your offers and categories in an informative and appealing way in order to provide potential participants with comprehensive information.

Integrate videos into description texts - In edoobox you can add videos to your booking process that describe or advertise your offer in even more detail.

Accordion or tabs in description texts - An accordion or various tabs give you the opportunity to structure your description in the offer even better.

Price categories - Offers in edoobox can have several prices. Depending on the subscription, up to 10 price categories can be created.

Calendar and dates - Offers can be divided into individual dates, modules or lessons. You can also define the location and leader for each event.

MustPay and Countdown - edoobox offers two main functions, which can be used individually or in combination, to ensure that bookings are completed promptly and that your participants pay quickly.

Waiting list - Give people who are willing to book the opportunity to join the waiting list for your offer.

Inquiry lists - Actively invite certain groups of people for your offers and allow expressions of interest for your offers.

Admission scan - You can use the admission scan to scan the code on the ticket PDF. The desired status is automatically entered in the attendance list.

Tag an offer with tags - Tagging allows you to create a higher-level filtering of offers in edoobox and integrate it into your website in a user-friendly way.

Using tags with values - Tagging with values enables additional filtering options and overviews of the offers on your website.

Use tags as conditions - Tagging also gives you the option of setting conditions that must be met when making a booking.

Additional texts - Would you like to include offer-specific information in your e-mails? Then you can do this using additional text blocks.

Integration of e-learning platforms such as Zoom and Teams - Learn how to seamlessly integrate access links to online training tools such as Zoom, Teams and Google Meet into your booking confirmations to facilitate online participation in your courses and events.

Internal function - The internal function allows you to hide categories from search engines and only make them accessible to selected groups of people.

Additional questions and additional services - You would like to integrate additional questions and services into your offers in order to offer them to the customer during the booking process.

Multi-bid / Congress module - With the multi-offer module, you can enter several sub-offers within one offer. For example, for conferences, congresses, seminars or trips.
