Secure File Manager
The Secure File Manager is used to securely exchange files of any type and size between edoobox Support and your administration—e.g., recorded training sessions, exports, or other confidential content.
Access and authorization
Only super admins and admins have access to the Secure File Manager.
You can find the access in the global settings under the "System" setting item.

Important information regarding use
Data is stored via AWS (Amazon Web Services) and complies with GDPR requirements.
After opening a file, the generated download link is valid for 10 minutes. After that, the file must be opened again to generate a new link.
Deleted files cannot be recovered. The deletion is permanent.
