The Secure File Manager is used to securely exchange files of any type and size between edoobox support and your administration – e.g., recorded training sessions, exports, or other confidential content.
Access and Permissions
Only Superadmins and Admins have access to the Secure File Manager.
Access can be found in the global settings under the «System» configuration point.
Important Usage Notes

Storage is handled via AWS (Amazon Web Services) and complies with GDPR requirements.

After opening a file, the generated download link is valid for 10 minutes. After this period, the file must be reopened to generate a new link.

Deleted files cannot be recovered. Deletion is permanent.
