Subscription management
In the settings, which you can find in the app menuA, click on "Subscription "B. Here you can sign the GDPRC and edit your current edoobox subscriptionD. You can find an overview of all edoobox subscriptions on our website.

To work with edoobox, we require you to sign the order data processing contract. Manage your subscription yourself in the settings under "Subscription" by selecting the appropriate package from Limited 1 to Enterprise 3 at any time and for an unlimited period.
General Data Protection Regulation GDPR
edoobox is GDPR compliant. To do this, sign our order data processing contract in the subscription settings under "Edit"C using a digital signature and specify the region from which your customer area comes.
Option 1: You have customers from the EU / EEA
Option 2: You are active outside the EU / EEA

Current subscription
In this area you can see your active subscription and can switch to another package at any timeD. Select the subscription that best meets your needs and note the range of functions available to you with the respective subscription. If you would like to downgrade your subscription, please refer to the system messages for downgrading the subscription, as certain functions may no longer be available in the new subscription.
Tip: Change subscription
Each time you change your subscription, your account balance is updated. So if you have planned a subscription change and want to clear your account balance, we recommend that you first make the subscription change and then create the invoice for your open account balance.
Free test mode
When you register with edoobox, you receive a 10-day test mode. In this test mode, all edoobox functions are available to you for extensive testing. If required, we offer you two free 30-minute online introductions to give you an overview of the most important functions of edoobox and to discuss your requirements profile for edoobox.
Limited 1 subscription
For easy use of the basic functions - the default settings allow you to get started right away. In Limited 1, you have 10 offers available for tendering, with a maximum of 25 participants per offer. You also have the option of offering two different price categories per offer.
The monthly fixed subscription fees are charged to your edoobox account at the end of the month. edoobox does not charge you any additional fees, the number of bookings is irrelevant.
Of course, written online instructions are available around the clock to explain individual areas and functions of edoobox in more detail. If your questions cannot be answered with the instructions, edoobox support can be contacted via e-mail(support@edoobox.com) with a Limited 1 subscription.
Limited 2 Subscription
Perfect for the compact product range - even with the Limited 2 you can use almost all the functions offered by edoobox. You have 25 offers to publish and 100 participants who can register for each offer. In Limited 2, you have a total of four price categories that can be activated for each offer.
The monthly fixed subscription fees are charged to your edoobox account at the end of the month. edoobox does not charge you any additional fees, the number of bookings is irrelevant.
In addition to the functions of the Limited 1 subscription, the following functions are available:
E-mail templates
There are many prepared e-mail templates in edoobox. Based on these templates, e-mails are generated as soon as a certain event occurs (e.g. when a booking is completed or the minimum/maximum number of participants has been reached). The content of e-mail templates can be customized from the Limited2 subscription onwards. In particular, you can use the predefined placeholders to tailor your emails to your offers and participants. A separate e-mail template can be created for each activated language.
Extend participant data fields
This function allows you to create your own data fields for your edoobox account. This gives you the option of creating different and extended registration forms so that you can always request all the necessary data from your customers for your offers. For example, you may want to request different data fields in a registration form for adults than in a registration form for children.
Single appointment booking
Allow your customers to book individual dates for your offer. Changes to the registration type are possible as long as there are no bookings.
edoobox support via telephony
From the Limited 2 subscription, you have the option of contacting us by telephone with support queries in addition to e-mail support.
Limited 3 Subscription
Get started with all functions - with Limited 3 you have up to 80 offers available for tendering, with a total of 250 participants per offer. A total of ten different price categories can be activated for each offer.
The monthly fixed fees are charged to your edoobox account at the end of the month. edoobox does not charge you any additional fees, the number of bookings is irrelevant.
These functions are available in addition to the Limited 2 subscription functions:
Internal offers
From Limited 3, you have the option of using the internal offers function. Internal offers are not found by search engines and can be integrated on your intranet for internal company courses and seminars, for example. edoobox offers you two options here:
Set the entire edoobox account to internal: With this option, none of your offers in your edoobox account will be found by search engines
Set individual categories to internal: In a public edoobox account (not set to internal), individual main categories can be set to internal. This allows you to manage public and internal offers in the same edoobox account.
Please note: Change from public to internal
The link to your offers changes when you change your edoobox account or a main category to "internal". Generate the link to your offers or the code for the iFrame only after you have definitively defined this option.
Business subscription
Flexibility with all functions - the Business subscription gives you access to all edoobox functions. The booking fee will be charged to your edoobox account immediately after each booking. Therefore, make sure you have sufficient funds in your account balance. In the edoobox Business subscription, the balance must be positive , otherwise you will automatically receive a payment reminder.

Booking fee per booking 1.00 EUR/CHF plus 1% of the booking value.
Tip: Plan your account balance in advance
Transfer the estimated amount for the bookings for a specific period (e.g. a month or six months) in advance so that your account balance always remains positive.
Enterprise 1
For professionals with additional requirements - do you need more than 80 offers or more than 250 places per offer? With the Enterprise subscriptions, you benefit from all edoobox functions and an extended number of offers, participants and price categories.
In Enterprise 1, you can advertise 150 offers and allow up to 300 participants per offer to book an offer. Ten different price categories can be created and offered per offer.

Enterprise 2
For the extended product range and large events - Enterprise 2 allows you to advertise 200 offers at the same time. A maximum of 400 participants can book into each offer. You also have a total of 15 price categories in Enterprise 2, which you can create for each offer.
The monthly fixed subscription fees are charged to your edoobox account at the end of the month. edoobox does not charge you any additional fees, the number of bookings is irrelevant.
Enterprise 3
Our most comprehensive package at a fixed price - in Enterprise 3, a total of 400 offers can be advertised at the same time, in each of which a maximum of 500 participants can book. 20 different price categories can be created and offered per offer.
The monthly fixed subscription fees are charged to your edoobox account at the end of the month. edoobox does not charge you any additional fees, the number of bookings is irrelevant.

System messages for downgrading the subscription
You can change your subscription yourself at any time in the main navigation under "Settings" > "Subscription". You may receive a system message that a downgrade has been prevented. The various system messages tell you why the downgrade is currently not possible or what you can do to be able to perform a downgrade.

Delete edoobox account
If you want to delete your edoobox account, you will find the "My edoobox subscription" box in the edoobox settings in V1, where you will find the button to delete your edoobox account. If your testing has expired, you will find the delete button at the bottom of the lock screen.
Please note that the following points must be fulfilled before you can successfully delete your account:
The account can only be deleted by a super administrator .
Have the password ready, this will be requested during the deletion process.
Please clear the account balance in advance if it is negative.
Current subscription costs must be available as a credit on the account.
The deletion can only be carried out by yourself using the delete button.
