The edoobox account: Subscription, billing and GDPR

In the edoobox settings you will find details on billing between you and edoobox. You will also find an overview of your current subscription under Subscription and can change it here at any time. Under Privacy Policy (GDPR) you will find the option to sign it online.

Subscription

Here you will find the details of your current subscription A and can also adjust this here under "Edit" if necessary.

Billing

Under Billing B you have a complete overview of youredoobox account balancewith all debits (subscription costs) and your deposits (credits). You can alsoexport the billing historyas a CSV and Excel file.

You can also make further deposits in this area by selecting the desired amount and payment method C using the "Enter payment" button. You can choose whether you want to pay with Credit card (now also Apple and Google Pay) or with a normal invoice want to pay.

Privacy policy (DSGVO)

You can also find the order data processing contract for the General Data Protection Regulation in the edoobox settings. This can be checked and signed online right here.
