Stripe - Integrate credit cards
edoobox is an official Stripe SCA-Ready Partner
Stripe easily offers credit card payments, SEPA Direct Debit and many other payment options on their site. The Stripe account is quick and easy to activate, so you don't have to wait long for the provider to activate it.

If you do not yet have a Stripe account, you can create one here: https://dashboard.stripe.com/register.
Very simple process to create an account, you can start immediately. If you live in a country where Stripe is not yet available, please contact Stripe directly for the BETA program.
Your advantages with Stripe
The credit card details can be entered directly on the payment page in edoobox without having to be redirected to the payment page.
Connect Stripe account with edoobox
Go to "Payment systems " A in the settings and click on the "arrow", then select "Connect" B.
2. if you already have an account with Stripe, you can log in with your e-mail address. If this is not the case, enter your e-mail address and click on "Continue".
3. now you can connect edoobox to your Stripe account or cancel and go back.
4. you will then receive confirmation that your account has been successfully connected.

Please note that funds can only be received after successful verification of the Stripe account.
Refund payments in full or in part
Refunds can be created directly in the edoobox participant account. To do this, go to "Participants" and then click on "Invoices" and open the desired invoice. Then go to the transactions, here you can click on the Stripe symbol. You now have the option of writing a chargeback text and defining the amountA. After clicking on "Refund "B the process is completed directly via Stripe.
The payment tokens are saved for each participant. In future, this would make it possible to make subsequent payments with a single click.
Remove Stripe account from edoobox
Log in to Stripe.
Go to the "Settings". There you will find the "Authorized applications" under "Team and security".
edoobox is stored here. Click on "Revoke access" and edoobox is no longer connected to Stripe.
Define payment systems in Stripe
If you use the latest Stripe interface in edoobox, you can define in your Stripe account which payment systems should be displayed in edoobox for your customers. Would you like to adjust the settings directly? Click on this link and follow these three steps:
Once you have selected the edoobox configuration, you can then activate all the payment systems below that you would like to offer your customers in edoobox. SEPA can be found under Direct debit.
