Promotional campaigns and vouchers
Promotional campaigns and vouchers help to increase awareness of your offers.
In edoobox there are many ways to create vouchers/promotions.
Percentage vouchers (discount, price-reducing voucher)
Amount vouchers (price-reducing voucher with or without minimum booking value)
Code voucher (redeemable once or several times)
Gift vouchers to buy online (with unique code)
Voucher for viral marketing (price-reducing voucher)
The vouchers can be valid for a limited time and for individual or all offers in a category. When vouchers are redeemed, you can see which booking they were used for. In the edoobox voucher system, you can track who used a voucher and what it was used for. You have the option of creating numbered and unnumbered vouchers. Individual vouchers or entire campaigns can be stopped or deactivated at any time.

You can send the promo codes in offer-specific emails, for example, using placeholders in the additional text blocks. You can find more information on this here.
Export of campaigns
In the table with all created promotion campaigns, you have the option of filtering according to validity. By clicking on the filter icon A in the column title of the "Validity" column, you can choose between the display of Current, Expired and Planned promotions. Here too, you can arrange the columns in the order that suits you. Search for a specific promotion by entering the name in the search field to the right of the table.

Promotional codes
Double-click on the line to open the desired promotion. In the lower part of the opened window you will see all promotion codes that exist for this promotion. Again, use the search field to filter out a specific code. By clicking on the "Export" button B, you can choose the format in which you would like to export the corresponding codes.

Three formats (CSV, Excel and PDF) are available in both exports.
Use promotional campaigns as a discount when more lessons are booked
Promotional campaign name: 5-pack subscription
Validity: only for the corresponding offer
Reduction from the offer price: 1 lesson = 30,- | 5 lessons = 129,- | reduction = 21,-
For redemptions: enter 1000 or more
Minimum booking value: Set to 150,- (30x 5)
Set codes to 1 and select the code text "5erAbo"
You can now enter this code in the offer description for the participants to use.
